Maintaining good health as we age doesn’t just happen. In fact, without a specific, personalized and actionable plan, we are increasingly susceptible to worsening medical health as we get older. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Factors impacting health that become more important as we age (for better or worse):

  • Nutrition/eating habits
  • Weight
  • Exercise/physical activity (or absence of)
  • Sleep
  • Social interactions (friends, family, etc.)
  • Mental stimulation
  • Stress reduction
  • Illness and accident prevention strategies and techniques
  • Health monitoring by a qualified physician on a regular basis

Andrew Fink has been a practicing physician in Hackensack (and serving all of Bergen County) for over twenty years.

The majority of Dr. Fink’s patients are over age 50 and he has deep experience and knowledge of health issues affecting people as they age

Fink accepts Medicare as well as most commercial health insurance plans.
